ProClean FM will be the main facility maintenance partner of AVA Shopping Park in Belgrade, an IKEA investment worth more than 50 million euros. AVA Shopping Park is a retail park whose first phase is opened on May 26 and includes a sales area of about 19,000 square meters with stores for more than 35 domestic and international brands, 1,200 parking spaces, including 37 with electric charging.
“We are proud of our FM team, our procedures and standards, and most of all the record we have in managing and maintaining retail parks in the previous years, and the same can be said for our subcontractors, who are also with us on current projects. We are ready to invest all this capacity in the coming years in the maintenance of AVA Shopping Park, which at this point can be considered one of the most important retail projects in Serbia.”, said Nenad Krstić, Operations Manager ProClean FM.
In the next three years, our company will manage a full technical maintenance service for AVA Shopping Park, which includes, among other things, planning, organization, and coordination of regular maintenance of equipment at the facility. We are also engaged in the complete care of green areas, planting seasonal plants, as well as maintaining the hygiene of the common area (parking, public toilet, common corridors, and office space), rodent control, disinfection, and disinsection.
In the next period, AVA Shopping Park will start with the second phase and the construction of an additional 10,000 m2, which, if everything goes according to plan, should be completed in the spring of 2023.
